At Mamaputt Kitchen, we cook every day, meaning your meals will have been with us for a short time before leaving our kitchen. Our slow cooking method means that we do not need artificial additives or preservatives in our food, so rest assured that you're getting a wholesome product that is healthier for you and your family.
We make every effort to ensure that meals are in stock but when it's not in stock, due to the fact that we cook daily, we will cook them for you within 24 hours of receiving your order and courier to you ASAP.
To ensure freshness and safe delivery of your meals, we have pouched them ready for your home fridge or freezer.
NOT IN FOR DELIVERY: If you know that you are not going to be at home for delivery, please leave us clear instruction on where to leave it, maybe with a neighbour, in the porch, in the garage etc. A delivery that is not signed for is left 'at your own risk', if the driver can find a reasonably secure place to leave the package, he/she would. To make sure your delivery is received safely it is essential to provide a telephone number where you can be contacted on the day of delivery and instructions for a safe place to leave the package. We cannot accept responsibility for non-delivery if these are not included with your order. Please we would rather you're around to receive and enjoy your meals.
Once you receive your meals, if you're not ready to eat them, we recommend you put them in your fridge or freezer.
All of our packaging is recyclable and environmentally friendly.
What days do you deliver?
We deliver Tuesday - Friday. We do not deliver on a Monday or Bank Holidays. We are also unable to deliver on the day after a Bank Holiday. Saturday delivery can be arranged for an additional £25.00 surcharge.

Where do you deliver?
We deliver anywhere in mainland UK. The listed postal price is not applicable to offshore islands or Ireland, international or U.S.A. Please call us for a different delivery price if you live in these areas. If an order is placed for delivery to a destination that we do not cover, we will contact you to advise you of this and will refund your card the full amount minus 3% of the order to cover card processing fees.
What time will the delivery be?
Your delivery will arrive any time between 8.00am and 5.30pm on the day that you specified when placing your order (Tuesday – Friday) unfortunately, we cannot give an estimated delivery time, so if you are likely to be out you must please leave a specific instructions for where the delivery can be left in the appropriate form at the checkout. We are also unable to call recipients to advise them of delivery. A morning delivery can be arranged (before noon) at an additional charge of £15.00. Can I have my food delivered to a different address?
Yes, simply put the alternative delivery address into your order form and we will deliver where you requested. We can deliver to your work or a holiday cottage or to your gift recipient. Please ensure that you provide the correct delivery details for your order. We will not be held responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect address details being provided on your order.
How do I pay?
Payment is taken when you order by credit or debit card. We use a secure site to take your order. You can also pay on delivery, please notify the office before ordering if this is your preferred option.
What happens about damaged or lost goods?
If goods are lost or damaged we will process a replacement order or a refund, whichever you prefer. We reserve the right to request for the return of damaged goods for testing and inspection. Goods claimed to be lost would not be replaced if they have been delivered and signed for by your designated delivery location.
What if an item I order is out of stock?
If one of your items ordered is out of stock we will substitute it with a similar item of equal or higher value. If you do not wish to have items substituted please state 'do not substitute' in the special delivery instructions.
